  cloth paper scissors
Cloth paper scissors: cloth and paper refer to just a few of the materials I use. Scissors stands for the tools! This is a little pun on the children's choosing game: rock, paper, scissors which refers to the fact that I am a mother of 4 young children and that some of my products are made for children. Making, apart from being enjoyable and good for the soul, allows me to make sustainable choices. I like to up-cycle and re-love materials and make pieces to last and inspire. I like to use natural and designer fabrics especially linen. I use low chemical inks, paints and dyes, natural where possible. As a Christian with a background in fine arts, I embrace trends but hope I am not constrained by them. My autumn range includes dots, florals, pop colour, nature and the delightful chevron.

photo (Medium) Content
Content is an online retail shop and has been my business for almost 8 years. Now that I'm running it from home, rather than in a bricks and mortar store, the shop operates as a pop - up shop around the state! In doing so I have been able to explore making some products of my own as I had always intended! A keen gardener, I also propagate succulents and these often make an appearance to my pop up shops!

Emsawhatsyapplication (Medium) Emsawhatsy
Emsawhatsy features unique designs in both polymer clay jewellery and hand-drawn greeting cards, as well as original artwork and calligraphy. All jewellery is made using a combination of freeform techniques and original moulds of my own design, for a very unique end result. Bright colours and intricate patterns predominate in both artwork and jewellery designs. All beads are handrolled and imprinted free-form, and colours are mixed from scratch for vivid tones that you just can't get out of the box. The jewellery range is a delight to women of all ages (including girls who love the bright colours and quirky patterns of the button stud collection). The price range for jewellery items is approximately $10-$45.  Greeting cards and notelets are mostly one of a kind due to their hand-drawn nature. These feature abstract line drawings that are simultaneously both simple and detailed in nature, as well as small, mostly floral illustrations, and calligraphy. The price range for these items is approximately $2-$6 As well as jewellery and greeting cards, I also sell a variety of original artworks dating from several years ago until the present.

I make cot/lap quilts and take orders for larger quilts, fabric bags, all sizes, needle cases, and pin cushions.
